Always read ingredient lists from the original source (follow the link from the "Instructions" field) in case an ingredient has been incorrectly extracted from the original source or has been labeled incorrectly in any way. Moreover, it is important that you always read the labels on every product you buy to see if the product could cause an allergic reaction or if it conflicts with your personal or religious beliefs. If you are still not sure after reading the label, contact the manufacturer.

Quiche on the menu? Try pairing with Sparkling Wine, Champagne, and Bordeaux. Even if you aren't making mimosas, sparkling wine is great with eggs for two reasons. One, if you're eating eggs early in the day, sparkling wine has less alcohol. Secondly, it cleanses the palate, which is important since yolk is known to coat the palate. You could try Gosset Celebris Extra Brut rosé. Reviewers quite like it with a 5 out of 5 star rating and a price of about 215 dollars per bottle.

Gosset Celebris Extra Brut Rose

This cuvee is designed to appeal to the most discerning palate and, more generally, anyone looking for a touch of romance in their apéritif. Its freshness, with notes of red fruit (strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant), provides a smooth, comfortable sensation that lingers with hints of pink grapefruit. This champagne can be served as an accompaniment to carefullychosen dishes such as salmon, a strawberry and tomato gazpacho with basil, or panfriedscampi.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 In a small bowl mix the tomatoes, garlic, dried basil, salt, black pepper and chipotle pepper, toss well and spread out onto a metal baking dish. Bake for 30 mins. The tomatoes will be shriveled and the garlic should be tender when done. There may be slight darkening on the garlic cloves - but they should not be burnt. If they are burnt there will be a bitter taste Remove tomatoes and garlic from the oven and allow to cool enough to touch. Set oven temp to 375. Press the pie shell into a deep dish pie plate. Flute the edges of the pie crust Using a fork, poke holes into the bottom crust. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella into the bottom of the pie crust. Cover with the tomatoe/garlic mixture and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. In a small bowl, mix the half and half, salt and pepper and the beaten eggs together. Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the pie shell. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes until the center is no longer loose when the edges of the pie plate are gently shaken and the center no longer looks wet Allow the quiche to sit on the counter top for 10 minutes before cutting (this allows the quiche to rest and keeps the insides from being too runny)
