Instructions

  1. In a 13 x 9 Baking Pan add all the ingredients and mix well. Put in the oven at 425 degrees for 40 minutes with aluminum foil on top of baking pan. Mix a few times while cooking. Take off foil and cook for another 15 minutes until the potatoes get a bit crispy.
  2. You can garnish with scallions.
  3. Serve and Enjoy!
