Drinking out of plastic water bottles is a waste. It's bad for the environment, even if you recycle (recycling keeps them out of landfills, but doesn't change the fact that they have to be shipped around, which results in more CO2 emissions). They might even be bad for you, since research suggests plastic may leach chemicals. Even if not, you're spending your hard earned cash on water you could get for free. What's up with that?
