Instructions

  1. Soak dried vermicelli with hot water till become tender. Drain
  2. Heat up fry pan and pour oil
  3. Add blended ground spices until smells good
  4. Add Onions, carrots. Stir well
  5. Add meat balls, green onions, cherry tomatoes,and Chicken Bullion.
  6. Add 3 spoon of water
  7. Simmer the pan at medium heat for 5 minutes until carrots become tender
  8. Add egg . Stir well
  9. Add vermicelli. Stir evenly.
  10. Add Medium soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chilli paste. Stir well.ALMOST DONE!
  11. Add Bok Choy
  12. Add Fried red onions. Mix it evenly.
  13. Ready to serve with Indonesian Fish Cracker.
