Instructions

Put tomatoes with juice in a medium sauce pan and bring to a simmer over low heat. Add spices and continue to simmer on low for about 3-5 minutes to let the spices infuse. (The quantities given are an estimation, use a little at a time and adjust to your taste.) Allow to cool slightly and transfer to a blender along with red pepper and garlic and puree until smooth.
