Instructions

  1. Preparation:
  2. On a medium heat add butter then the rice mix and cook about 5 minutes
  3. Add Pease, all spice & salt
  4. Cook for about 2 minutes
  5. Add chicken broth (or water)
  6. Let it cook for 20 minutes on low heat and covered pan
  7. In small pan roast the almond adding a little butter & salt, set aside.
