Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Place chicken breasts in this marinade and cover. Place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or more.
  2. Preheat the griddle and place the chicken on the griddle. Grill chicken turning only once, about 10 minutes on each side. Brush with the reserved marinade 2-3 times during grilling.
