Wash the lamb chops,pat dry, keep aside, ,grind all the above masalas add a tbsp of oil and apply to the chops .marinate for 45 minutes.heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan place the chops in the pan reduce the flame and cover and cook turn and cook on the other side till done.serve hot as a starter or with chapatis
