Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high.
  2. Combine the beef, lamb, rosemary, and salt in a medium bowl, forming into five patties.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the mayo ingredients.
  4. In another medium bowl, combine apple relish ingredients.
  5. Grill the patties on each side for about four minutes (med rare)
