  1. Cut up vegetables. Cook 15 mins in butter without burning with lid on pan. Add herbs, pour in stock. Add tomatoes, bring to boil. Add spaghetti, simmer 20 mins. Add sugar & season to taste.

  • You can easily replace regular noodles with whole wheat noodles to add a little extra fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals to this dish.
