Instructions

Cut the tenderloin into pieces and stew it in the fat until brown. Remove it. Stew in that same fat the finely chopped onion, then the mushrooms, cut into julienne. Add red pepper, 1 cup hot water, wine, tomato paste, diluted in cold water, and pepper. Add salt to taste and boil for about 20 minutes, then add the meat. When the meat is soft, add the sausage, cut into small rings. Cook an additional 3-5 minutes.
