Instructions

  1. Season roast with salt and pepper, put in roaster with onion and a little water. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Take out and cool. Heat soup until creamy, add all pan drippings from roast and add a bit of Master Gravy or Kitchen Bouquet to darken. Slice beef and add to gravy mixture and simmer slowly, approximately 1 hour.
