Instructions

Peel and boil the potatoes until just tender In a bowl, combine soup, one half cup melted butter, sour cream, onions and cheese. Grate the potatoes and stir into the bowl. Pour mixture into a greased 9"x13" pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Combine corn flakes with 2 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle over the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes (until nice and bubbly!)
