Instructions

  1. Wash Chicken breasts. Cut into cubes.
  2. Bring chicken to a boil.
  3. Chop celery. Add to bowl.
  4. Cut grapes in 4s. Add to bowl.
  5. Add sliced almonds to bowl.
  6. Once chicken is cooked through, remove from water. Add to food processor.
  7. Add chicken to bowl.
  8. Add chili powder. Mix thoroughly.
  9. Add paprika. Mix thoroughly.
  10. Add 1 cup mayo to mixture. Continue to add mayo until the consistency is to your liking.
  11. Salt to taste.
