Instructions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Stir together milk, oil, and egg; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Fold in blueberries.
  2. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Sprinkle batter evenly with 2 tablespoons sugar.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins are golden. Remove from pans immediately, and cool on wire racks.
