Instructions

  1. Melt the butter on a stove or in the microwave.
  2. After that, combine the melted butter with the honey in small mixing bowl.
  3. Season the pork chops with some salt and black pepper.
  4. Brush them with the mixture from butter and honey.
  5. Place them in a baking dish.
  6. Pour the beer in the dish.
  7. Preheat the oven to 400C degrees.
  8. Cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake the chops for about 1 hour in the oven.
  9. After 1 hour, remove the aluminium foil and bake for additional 10-15 minutes without foil.
  10. Check meat for doneness and serve.
