Instructions

  1. Peel and chop potatoes and cook in boiling salted water until tender. Drain, and mash until smooth.
  2. Mix with mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, eggs, parsley and mustard.
  3. Press mixture evenly into a greased ovenproof dish, sprinkle with the combined grated cheeses and bake uncovered at 200 C for 20-30 minutes until golden on top.
