Instructions

  1. Washed apricots and remove stones.
  2. Place all ingredients except flour in a pot, bring to the boil, stirring,reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. Blend flour with a little water and stir into mixture. Bring back to the boil and simmer 5 more minutes.
  4. Ladle into hot jars and seal.
  5. Serve with chicken, pork or ham.
  6. Keeps for 3-4 months.
  7. Ensure storage jars are well sterilised.
