Instructions

1. Slice the white part of the leek into thin rings and fry the rings in olive oil in a large pan until softened.

2. Add the lemon juice, wine, vegetable broth, and frozen peas to the pan.

3. Let everything simmer for a few minutes.

4. Mix in the cream and milk.

5. Puree the soup with a hand blender.

6. Add the salmon and shrimp until cooked.

7. Season with salt and pepper and serve with plenty of fresh dill.
